Thanks to the strategic position of the residence the guest has direct access to the sandy beach to enjoy the sunshine and the sea. The coast is made by a golden sandy beach where to relax, enjoying the delicious cocktails proposed by our bar or tasting the interesting aperitifs on the beach or on the spacious and bright terrace.
Our cottages are located within a secured residential complex: parents can relax while their kids will play in a safe area.
Each cottage is provided with private patio but guests can also enjoy the common area equipped with benches, armchairs and poufs.

Pets are not allowed in the facility.
Scoglitti with its little harbour, its squares and tiny churhes is 4 km far from the Complex. You can reach Scoglitti by bike riding along the coast. Ragusa is 37 km far from Costa Fenicia Residence. A few kilometers away you should visit the places and the house of Commissiario Montalbano, guest star of the famous Italian TV series; the archaelogical museum of Kamarina, the Donnafugata Castle; moreover Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Caltagirone and its marvellous potteries, Modica and much more.
The closest airport is located in Comiso, around 22 km far from the Complex while the International Airport of Catania is 130 km far from Scoglitti.
